A deeply personal energy healing experience designed to identify what may be weighing you down and help you reconnect with clarity, balance, and forward movement.
Working with your Spirit Team, I scan your energy field from the Crown chakra down. I identify points of heavy energy, determine their source and how they are manifesting in your physical, emotional, or energetic well-being, and then remove or release the energy that is ready to move.

Connect
I connect with your energy and Spirit Team, creating a focused space for the session.

Identify
I identify points of heavy energy, trace their source, and recognize how they are manifesting in your physical, emotional, or energetic well-being.

Release
Only after identifying the points, source, and manifestation do I remove the heavy energy, disconnect negative cords, and cleanse the aura.

Integrate
You receive the insights that arose and guidance for supporting the work afterward.

Live Virtual Session
Join me online while I guide you through the process in real time. You can ask questions and respond to what arises. Afterward, you will receive the video recording to revisit when you are ready.

Non-Participating Remote Session
I work with your energy remotely while you continue with your day. No active participation is required. After the session, you will receive a detailed written report explaining what was identified, released, and revealed.
Both experiences are a minimum of two hours. The total time varies according to the amount of heavy energy identified and released.

What Comes After the Session Matters
Clients may experience a greater sense of lightness, clarity, safety, or renewed direction after energy healing. Every person and every session is different, and no particular result can be guaranteed.
The session creates an opening, but your willingness to honor what was revealed and implement recommended changes plays an important role in how the work continues to unfold.
