About the Author

After fifty years of narcissistic abuse, I began the healing journey that changed everything in 2019—after my fifty-fifth birthday. What started as an effort to survive became a spiritual awakening and a calling to help others reclaim the parts of themselves trauma taught them to silence.

Today I am an author, psychic medium, energy healer, spiritual coach, and host of The Shari Leigh Roberts Podcast. I travel the world while sharing honest conversations about trauma, healing, spirituality, and the truth I now know in my bones: no matter how broken you feel, healing is possible.
